The Management Board

Piotr Kulikowski – The CEO and General Manager of Indykpol S.A. since June 23, 1999, previously Vice-President of the Board.

Graduate of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Life Sciences in Warsaw. Participated in an internship in the USA in 1988 and in 1999 finished post-graduate studies on European Union and Common Market at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).

Has worked with Indykpol since 1993. In 1994, his efforts resulted in listing the Company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange - it was the first company in the region. Co-author of the largest successes in the history of the Company, creator of the development strategy for the Capital Group. Thanks to his marketing strategy, the consumption model in Poland become more healthy and consumption of turkey products increased ten-fold.

As a Vice-President of the Board of the Polish National Poultry Council - Chamber of Commerce (KRD-IG), spend many years of his life to further the development of the Polish poultry industry and to strengthen its international standing. From October 2014 serves as one of the Vice-Presidents of a.v.e.c. - the Association of Poultry Processors and Poultry Trade in the EU.

As far as the corporate development strategy is concerned, he advocates for healthy, convenient products addressed to informed consumers. Under his leadership. Indykpol acts as a sponsor of numerous cultural and sport events and is the titular sponsor of the volleyball team Indykpol AZS Olsztyn.

The Supervisory Board

Feliks Kulikowski - President of the Supervisory Board since May 21, 2013, Vice-President of the Supervisory Board since December1993.

Has higher agricultural education. Many years of work in the poultry industry, owns an agricultural farm in the Kaszuby region since 1969. One of co-founders of “ROLMEX” S.A. Between 1989-2007 served as the President of the Board of “ROLMEX” S.A., Since July 2007 serves as the President of the Supervisory Board of “Rolmex” S.A.

Between 1963-1969 he served as a Vice-Director of the Central Association of Dairy Cooperatives in Warsaw, and between 1982-1989 served as the President of the Polish Sheep Association and the President of the Agricultural Council of Industrial Associations.

Actively engaged in activities of “Klub Wschodni” - An Association to Support the Economic Cooperation with the Eastern Countries. Serves as the President of the Board of “Klub Wschodni” since 2001 Co-founder of the National Chamber of Commerce (KIG), President of the Semper Polonia Foundation and Co-President of the Poland-Russia Business Council.

Awarded with, among other, Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Officer’s Cross of The Order of Polonia Restituta and Commander's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.

Dorota Madejska – Since May 21, 2013, Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of INDYKPOL S.A., prior since June 2009, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Graduate of Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University. Finished the “Marketing&Management” course at the Cranfield Institute in the UK as part of a scholarship from the Nuffield Foundation.

She spend her first years after graduation at “ROLMEX” S.A. where she headed the International Trade Department. From 1996 to 2003 worked a the Marketing Director in the C.H. Beck publishing house.

In 2003 started serving as Vice-President of the Board of “ROLMEX” S.A. and since July 1 is the CEO of the Company.

He is among the top shareholders of “ROLMEX” S.A. which, with its subsidiary, represents 83% of overall number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of Indykpol S.A.

Alfred Sutarzewicz – Member of the Supervisory Board INDYKPOL S.A. from December 1993, until May 21, 2013 the President of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Higher education in economics and agriculture. Works with the poultry industry since 1974. Between 1974 and 1990 was the co-owner of a poultry breeding farm where he bred turkeys and hatched turkey poults.

One of the founders of the “ROLMEX” S.A. company. Since 1987, Member of the Supervisory Board of “ROLMEX” S.A. and from 1989 to 2007 the President of the Supervisory Board of “ROLMEX” S.A. From 2007 Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of “ROLMEX” S.A.

Sawa Zarębińska – from June 7,2016, Member of Supervisory Board of Indykpol SA. Attorney Graduated from the Faculty of Law And Administration at the Warsaw University. Passed her attorney examination and 1993 was entered on the Attorney List maintained by the District Bar Council in Warsaw In 2004, had an internship in the Pritchard Englefield Solicitors law firm in London.

Partner in the Kancelaria Adwokacka S.C. Wołodkiewicz-Jacyna, Zarębińska, Zawadzki legal firm. Has over 20 years of experience in advising Polish and foreign corporate clients in the IT, media and new technology fields. Specialist in real property investing, M&A transactions, Private Equity and Venture Capital. Co-author of the commentary to the Commercial Company Code published by C.H. Beck, edited by Zbigniew Jar, 2016 edition 11.

Does not conduct any activities that are competitive to the business of Indykpol. She is not involved in any activities of a competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership, limited partnership or as a board member of a joint-stock company or a different competitive legal entity. Is not financially related to a shareholder who holds shares equal to minimum 5% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly of the shareholder.
